These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dan555 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://dan555.app ("the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on dan555, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the dan555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain a dan555 account, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dan555 strictly enforces this age limit and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate or syndicate accounts are not permitted under these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order with dan555 or any affiliate platform operated under the same licence.
• You have not previously had a dan555 account terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering from a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dan555 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment method details — is true, accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active dan555 account at any time. The operation of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. dan555 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or bonuses associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dan555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dan555 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

dan555 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for account login. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to provide an additional layer of security on their accounts. dan555 bears no liability for losses sustained on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated by the player.

dan555 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Netbanking, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your dan555 PKR balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 banking hours to be credited during standard business hours.
• dan555 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which dan555 bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on dan555. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without gaming activity is not permitted and may result in account review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000 per request.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. dan555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Pakistani public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
• dan555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of Rs 50,000 or above.

dan555 offers a range of promotional incentives to players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PKR cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are governed by specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Bonus funds credited to your dan555 account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under Section 7.
• dan555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

All sports betting markets offered on dan555 — including cricket betting on PSL fixtures, international T20I matches, and Test series — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the dan555 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these general Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of betting-specific matters.

All casino games offered on the dan555 platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, and jackpot games — are provided by third-party software providers operating under their own gaming certifications. The outcome of each casino game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer. dan555 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying stake amounts and selections before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a software malfunction or platform error that results in an incorrectly displayed odds figure or game outcome, dan555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
• dan555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose result was known at the time the bet was placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dan555 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using third-party funds to meet bonus deposit requirements, or deliberately structuring play to exploit wagering requirement loopholes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in a systematic manner, commonly referred to as "gnoming", "scalping", or "arbing" where such activity is conducted with the deliberate intent to profit from platform errors rather than as legitimate gaming activity.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Providing false information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to disguise your true geographical location or identity.

Any unauthorised use of dan555 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dan555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if dan555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned (maintenance) or unplanned (technical failure, force majeure).
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond dan555's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, acts of government, or natural disasters.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dan555's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dan555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dan555 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the email address registered to the account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at the time of login.

Your continued use of the dan555 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

dan555 may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by a regulator, court order, or law enforcement authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity on your account.
• Your account is subject to a chargeback claim or payment dispute.
• Your account has been inactive (no login, no wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus balance and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balance (net of any amounts owed to dan555 under these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting dan555 support. Please refer to Section 8 for self-exclusion options if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dan555 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the dan555 Platform that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted first to the internal complaints process described in Section 14. If the internal process does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, the dispute may be referred to the relevant adjudicatory body designated by dan555's licensing authority.
